A complete District Heating control station for heating and hot water supply.

The Switch2 Consumer Interface Unit is a fully assembled, wired and tested unit incorporating an energy meter. It is designed to provide mains pressure hot water from a boiler circuit for heating and hot water.

The registered readings can be used as a basis for billing. Where heat is generated centrally, like a district heating scheme.

The energy must be metered individually as it enters the dwelling. The energy meter, which measures temperatures of the water entering and leaving the dwelling, and the flow rate, can be read locally or transmitted back to a central point or integrated into a Building Management System.

All components are built-in, ensuring a compact installation. The Consumer Interface Unit can be delivered with a white powder-coated or optional finish.
