Switch2 can offer the following services:
· Provide a full 24-hour, 365 days per annum emergency service.
· Provide 24 hour diagnostic 'help desk' facility for the consumers to obtain specialist advice e.g. functionality of Switch2 meter/prepayment unit and report faults.

 

 

 
Guaranteed response

Switch2 will log each call and respond in the following manner:

· Non-emergency faults and meter readings within x working days.
· Emergency faults within x hours, fix in x hours if failure due to a stocked item. (x = to be specified by the client).
· Provide, by electronic media, an immediate record of all works undertaken detailing:- address, reported date and fault, actual repaired date and fault, time taken and materials used.
· Additionally, in order to assist with analysing trends we are able to provide weekly or monthly summaries.
· Report immediately to the client breeches in system security or willful damage found whilst effecting repairs.
· Maintain dwelling records of all properties connected to the scheme.
